For
strategic reasons we have chosen to limit the number of client relationships in
any given industry. As such, we
are clearly advantaged here by having only a modest off-limits list relevant to
potential target companies.
As candidate sources, we will be drawn to executives of companies and experts
/ advisors in relevant industries well regarded for their functional expertise,
proven and sustained growth, and a reputation for developing outstanding talent.
With the information gathered from this initial effort, we then will create a
focused target list of companies and individuals whom we feel fit the candidate
profile.
In addition to tackling some of the obvious targets, our creative sourcing
strategies may lead us to suggest candidates from "outside the box"
organizations.
