We operate by an ethic of accountability and
engagement ... accountability to each other, to our shared values, and to our
client-partners' commitments and expectations of us. In committing
ourselves to this level of accountability and engagement, we assign a two- to
three-person team to each project at its origination. Throughout the life
cycle of every project, we are guided by these operating principles:
We choose clients who value accountability and engagement.
Simply put, if we're not passionate about a project – the people, the company, and the opportunity – we won't undertake it. We need the spark which ignites our passion and drives our desire to build something truly remarkable; only then can we genuinely engage the talented individuals needed by our clients.
We get "inside our client-partner's house."
We need to know the culture, objectives, goals and strategies that define our clients and their talent needs. Through this diagnostic phase, we gain ownership and passion for meeting those needs.
We seek to build close, enduring relationships with our clients and our candidates, ensuring their shared success.
We understand the need to demonstrate both our character and competence in earning a partnership with our clients. For us, this is the only way to justify the investments of heart and mind that we put into everything we do.
We commit to measuring our own results.
We hold ourselves accountable and we ask that our clients do, too. We mutually agree on clear objectives at the start of each engagement and we measure our performance through post-engagement feedback. We ask our clients to be very candid – it is only with constructive criticism that we can learn and grow, as we encourage all of our clients and candidates to do.
