We began building a broader practice in 1993 to more effectively address the
challenges associated with the recruitment and retention of world-class talent.
Since that time, we have continued to refine our approach to Talent Acquisition,
Integration, and Development, called Portfolio
Management for Intellectual Capital (PMIC).
We gave our solutions this name because we believe that Intellectual Capital
needs to be managed as proactively as other assets in order to achieve and
sustain breakthrough business results.
